Function setExceptionHandler

setExceptionHandler(handler): Signal.ExceptionHandler
Set the signal exception handler.
Parameters
- handler: Signal.ExceptionHandler
  The function to use as the exception handler.
Returns Signal.ExceptionHandler
The old exception handler.

Notes
The exception handler is invoked when a slot throws an exception.
