Function setExceptionHandler

setExceptionHandler(handler): MessageLoop.ExceptionHandler
Set the message loop exception handler.
Parameters
- handler: MessageLoop.ExceptionHandler
  
  The function to use as the exception handler.
Returns MessageLoop.ExceptionHandler
The old exception handler.

Notes
The exception handler is invoked when a message handler or a message hook throws an exception.
